in chinese:

a poet wrote:

I met a lady in the meads,
...Full beautiful--a faery's child;
Her hair was long, her foot was light
...And her eyes were wild.
I made a garland for her head,
...And bracelets too, and fragrant zone;
She looked at me as she did love,
...And made sweet moan.

I set her on my pacing steed,
...And nothing else saw all day long,
For sidelong would she bend, and sing
...A faery's song.

She found me roots of relish sweet,
...And honey wild, and manna dew,
And sure in language strange she said--
..."I love thee true!"

Why do you tell some one you love them?

because you need to hear the same thing back?

Because you want them to know?

Because you think you should?

Do you say it to make up for all the things you never did?

just wonder what people mean when they say it

sometimes its a weapon, sometimes an excuse, sometimes a distraction, sometimes an apologie

does telling someone you love them make them feel loved

do people really need to tell people, should it not be clear in peoples actions how they feel towards others
